About this role
You'll join a high-performing Finance team that leads, delivers, and cares. As a Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with the Country Manager and Local Management Team to drive strategic planning, performance reporting, and financial accountability across Spain.
Reporting to the Director of Finance Business Partnering, you'll own the local P&L;, support accounting compliance, and act as a trusted co-pilot to the business - all while championing continuous improvement and risk-aware decision making.

These are some of the key components to the position:
- Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles - delivering timely, accurate financial insights to the Country Manager and Local Management Team.
- Own weekly, monthly,



and quarterly performance reporting; translate numbers into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Drive local accounting accuracy and compliance, partnering with Finance Operations and the Financial Controller on statutory accounts and audits.
- Monitor financial trajectory, flag risks and opportunities, and build scenario plans to keep the business on track.
- Partner with Group finance systems teams to optimise ERP, TMS, and planning tools - championing data quality and process improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small local Finance team - fostering workload balance, career growth, and a culture of high performance.
- Act as the finance co-pilot for business development: building productive cross-functional relationships across Local and Central teams.
