About the job:

We are looking for a Mid/Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing and profitable international scale-up in the travel tech sector. The company is transforming how long-distance travel experiences are designed, sold, and delivered through a technology-driven e-commerce platform, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and innovation. You will be part of a multicultural engineering team (~70 engineers) working in a product-driven environment, contributing to the evolution of a modern platform that supports millions in revenue and continuous growth.

About the Role

This is a hands-on full stack role with strong backend focus, idóneo for someone who enjoys building scalable systems and contributing to architectural decisions.

You will work within a cross-functional product team (Product Manager, Engineering Manager, QA, Developers),



helping to design and develop modern services and user-facing applications.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will:

Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React and Next.js (SPA & SSR/SSG).

Contribute to a modular, event-driven architecture (EDA) ensuring efficient communication between services.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Define and maintain clean APIs and service interfaces (RESTful).

Write high-quality, testable code supported by automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decisions.

Continuously improve system scalability, performance, and maintainability.
