is looking for a M&A; Analyst (TMT) based out of Luca de Tena Office (Madrid).

We are reinforcing our telecom & digital infrastructure Investment Banking team due to increased deal activity and continued successful growth. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for
- Preparing high-quality client materials, including pitchbooks, strategic reviews, management presentations, information memoranda, board materials and internal approval documents.
- Conducting detailed sector, company, investor and transaction analysis across the European telecom and digital infra space.
- Monitoring market developments, valuation trends, regulatory themes and investor activity across key sub-sectors, including digital infrastructure (data centers, towers, fiber), telecoms (B2C, B2B) and media.
- Performing valuation work using DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions and other relevant sector-specific approach
