Experteer Overview
In this role you will serve as Scrum Master for the Data u0026amp; Analytics squad within an Agile Release Train, driving agile practices to support SAP BI product delivery. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Owners, and Domain Leaders to keep a healthy backlog and align with program goals. You will remove impediments, safeguard focus, and monitor team performance to sustain value delivery. This position supports Airbus’ digital campus initiative and global leadership in aerospace tech, offering a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for a 10-person Data u0026 Analytics squad
• Ensure adherence to the agile framework to optimize velocity and sprint commitments for SAP BI products
• Protect the team from external distractions and remove impediments
• Collaborate with Product Manager, Product Owners,



and Domain Leaders to refine and maintain the product backlog
• Monitor squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks, reporting to management on a weekly cadence

Responsabilidades
• ≥5 years in Agile leadership, coaching, or Scrum Master roles
• Expertise in extended Scrum, SAFe principles, and agile governance
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Agility for PI delivery tracking
• Background in Data u0026 Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments
• Advanced Scrum Master certifications (PSM, SASM, SSM) desirable
