Experteer Overview
As a Regional Finance Business Partner, you will act as the strategic financial partner to regional leaders, translating data into actionable insights to drive profitable growth and efficiency. You’ll align financial performance with strategic objectives, support resource allocation, and challenge assumptions to manage risks and opportunities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enable informed decisions and sustainable value creation for the South West region.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Partner with Regional Director to support mid-term plan targets and regional strategy
• Lead and manage the head office finance, credit, accounting u0026 controls, and services teams
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and collaborate with non-financial leaders on business actions
• Prepare and evaluate business cases; monitor and act on results
• Contribute to the regional leadership team’s financial reporting, control, and decision-making processes
• Monitor OPEX and coordinate with functions to align spending with performance
• Manage working capital and asset controls
• Oversee credit risk management,



reviews, and payment plans
• Ensure accounting activities comply with legal, tax, regional and group requirements; support audits and remediation
• Develop and implement internal controls and financial procedures across the Shared Service center
• Pioneer process automation and optimize resources; build strong talent development and team motivation
• Support regulatory compliance and tax obligations for the region

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• ACCA, CIMA or equivalent recognized qualification
• u003e8/10 years of experience in Finance and Administration management or director roles in a commercial/sales environment with international/matrix structures
• Team leadership experience in a matrix organization
