Sea Recovery Centre is a premium residential rehabilitation centre providing world-class care for individuals recovering from addiction, mental health challenges, burnout, and behavioural health conditions.

We are looking for an exceptional Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is adecuado for someone who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a structured environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding client care with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.

This is a non-clinical role where you will play an essential part in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey while helping maintain the high standards for which Sea Recovery is known.

Support clients throughout their daily programme and encourage active engagement.

~ Observe clients and promptly report any changes in mood, behaviour, or wellbeing.

~ Complete accurate documentation, reports, and detailed shift handovers.

~ Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

~ Fluent English (spoken and written),



and at least conversational Spanish.

~ Legal right to work in Spain.

~ Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare, residential care, luxury service, or wellbeing environments.

~ Comfortable using digital systems for documentation and reporting.

~ Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Has natural leadership qualities and leads by example.

~ Understands the importance of accurate reporting, documentation, and comprehensive shift handovers.

~ Is open to learning, welcomes constructive feedback, and is committed to continuous personal and professional development

~ Brings a positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to support the team wherever needed.

This role is not a therapeutic or counselling position. Applicants must be comfortable supporting the therapeutic programme without providing advice or treatment, and operating strictly within the defined scope of the role.
