As a Senior Backend Engineer at Urban Sports Club, you will shape a scalable backend stack that serves vendors, members, and corporate partners. You’ll work within a cross-functional team to deliver robust, testable services and drive engineering best practices across the company. The role focuses on building an event-driven, modular system that scales for millions of users. • Architect, develop, and operate Golang and PHP services deployed to thousands of users

Responsabilidades




• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer (PHP, Golang preferred)
• Experience with GCP/AWS and cloud managed services
• Experience designing APIs and systems with stakeholder engagement
• Proven track record of building distributed, high-volume services in production
• Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
• Data-driven mindset for informed decision making
