As AI Strategy and Portfolio Manager, you architect Holcim’s AI ecosystem, aligning initiatives with global strategy and digital transformation. You oversee the complete AI investment lifecycle—from strategy and portfolio prioritization to governance and value realization—bridging technical teams and executives. You shepherd high-impact programs, foster partnerships with startups, VC firms, and academia, and drive a cohesive, value-driven AI roadmap. You thrive in a cross-functional setting and shape scalable AI outcomes.

• Direct the global AI portfolio to prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Oversee budgets, vendor partnerships, and internal delivery capacity
• Define and monitor KPIs to track AI adoption, efficiency, and business impact
• Foster strategic partnerships with startups, VC firms,



and academic institutions
• Provide strategic oversight to AI Governance u0026 Ethics initiatives
• Coordinate internal governance for Tech Board and AI Acceleration Board
• Lead the AI Community of Practice and the AI Academy initiatives
• Drive internal evangelism through Demo Days, workshops, and hackathons

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in managing large-scale digital transformation programs
• Proven Program u0026 Project management experience with financial planning
• Strong AI and digital strategy knowledge with business acumen
• Foundational technical literacy in AI and data-driven frameworks
• Excellent strategic storytelling and technical documentation in English
