Experteer Overview
As an Electrical Engineer at AWS AIS, you design and innovate electrical systems powering a integral data-center footprint. You will lead multi-million dollar projects from concept to construction and collaborate across disciplines to deliver resilient, cost-effective solutions. You’ll work with cutting-edge equipment and travel to sites to validate installations and performance. This role combines hands-on field work with design to support world-class uptime and scalable cloud infrastructure.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop data center electrical designs and create construction document sets
• Participate in site selection reviews and planning activities
• Design critical data center equipment (generators, UPS, MV/LV switchgear, transformers, earthing, life safety and fire detection)
• Coordinate with disciplines to meet quality and budget targets
• Engage with regional vendors, utilities, and authorities to ensure compliance
• Review equipment submittals and provide technical support during construction




• Collaborate with commissioning teams to validate installation and performance
• Manage multiple projects across regions and provide engineering leadership
• Travel to sites for reviews and field support
• Lead and influence global teams with creative, practical solutions
• Translate designs from concept to construction and explore new technologies

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment
• Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance
• Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities
