Descripción del empleo

We are looking for a detail-oriented Innovation Project Coordinator to manage resources and facilitate the successful execution of internal and external development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate internal and external R&D; development projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation





Monitor and track relevant R&D; funding calls and opportunities

Liaise with internal product managers to gather innovation needs and support initiative proposals

Prepare and compile proposals for relevant administrations

Coordinate project activities and facilitate internal resource allocation

Manage relationships with external partners, coordinate task distribution, and track project progress

Support performance evaluation of internal and external stakeholders

Participate in and facilitate internal, external, and international meetings

Requisitos

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Organization Engineering, or related field

Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

Languages:

Fluent English (essential)

Profile:

Strong communication and coordination skills

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

Effective team player with collaborative approach

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate resources efficiently

Availability and willingness to travel
