DescriptionThis position manages the day-to-day operations in accordance with state and local laws and TPG policies for carrying out the mandates of each of our clients.Oversee service contracts for goods and servicesVisit portfolio of properties assigned to you on an as-needed basis to ensure all maintenance standard requirements are met; maintain contact with on-site staff, if applicableArrange for emergency repairs on common elementsDetermine cost-effective action for routine/general repairs on common elementsCoordinate vendors and negotiate contractsReview financial statements and delinquenciesAssist Board with financial planning and budget preparationDevelop and document pertinent matters (e.g., boiler rooms, sprinkler valves, irrigation systems,



etc.)Prepare correspondence to unit owners on behalf of the Board, as necessary, re: association matters, violations, complaints, etc.Prepare for and attend Association Board meetings and Annual Meetings for portfolio of propertiesThe adecuado individual has excellent customer service skills, is a self-starter and highly motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
