About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Intern to join our team at Atipico Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and learn what it takes to deliver exceptional service and maximize guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in and check-out to ensure smooth transitions.
- Handle reservations and room inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Work with internal teams to address guest requests and concerns in a timely manner.
- Arrange pre-arrival services for VIPs, corporate clients, and groups.
- Use analytical skills to track and optimize room inventory for new reservations.
