Drumelia is the leading luxury real estate agency on the Costa del Sol. Our marketing team is hands-on, content-driven, and works closely with sales and property teams to bring the best of Marbella to a sophisticated international audience.
We're looking for a Marketing Intern who wants to learn how a high-performing marketing team actually works — not by observing, but by doing.
THE ROLE
You'll work on real projects from day one, across:
- Content creation and coordination — video, social media
- Digital marketing and campaign support — across our owned channels
- Market research and data-driven projects — competitive analysis, audience insights, performance reviews
- Cross-team collaboration — working alongside our sales and property teams

You won't be making coffee. You'll be contributing to work that ships.
CONDITIONS
- Paid internship
- Full-time, in-office in Marbella
- 4–6+ months
- Compatible with university studies — we're adaptable around exams and coursework
- Working language:



English (strong proficiency is required)

- A proactive, professional attitude and good judgment
- Comfort in a fast-paced, demanding environment
