We are currently looking for our future Sales Manager for our shopping center portfolio in Madrid, in URW language we call it a Leasing Manager.

? What will your day-to-day life be like ?

Within a team of 8 people and reporting hierarchically to the Senior Leasing Manager, you are responsible for one of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s assets in Spain.

In this context, your main missions are as follows:
- You conduct negotiations throughout the whole process, from sourcing until store opening, whether it be renewals, lease terminations, reletting, including our development projects.
- You develop privileged partnership relationships with brands by ensuring high quality services and interactions, developing and cultivating proximity with accounts, regularly meeting decision-makers/developers.
- You develop and share an in-depth knowledge of the asset you manage and its main KPIs as well as competition and customer profile. Also,
