What you’ll do
• Financial Governance & Compliance: Lead the financial control environment across 10 entities in multiple countries, ensuring accurate, timely,
and compliant financial reporting aligned with IFRS, Group Financial Guidelines, and local regulations. You will oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, statutory reporting, and audit readiness.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and coordinate a geographically dispersed team including Accountants in Morocco, Poland, Hungary, and France, as well as Office Managers in other entities. Foster a culture of compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while developing talent and driving transformational initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management & Problem Solving: Take ownership and proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex financial issues timely. Act as a trusted partner ensuring balance sheet integrity and supporting audit processes with clear explanations and documentation.
