At DOGA, we are looking for a Motor Control Firmware Engineer to join our Electronics team and contribute to the design and development of advanced motor control solutions.
This role is focused on real-time control systems, combining firmware development, power electronics interfacing, and robust software architecture. The position offers the opportunity to work on complex systems in an international and collaborative environment, driving innovation and continuous improvement.




We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional, with a strong technical background and a hands-on mindset, capable of taking ownership from concept to implementation.
ESSENTIAL TASKS
- Design and implement real-time control algorithms (FOC, BLDC, PMSM)
- Develop low-level firmware for microcontrollers (e.g., ARM Cortex-M, DSPs, automotive MCUs)
- Interface with power electronics components (inverters, drivers, ADCs, PWM modules)
- Optimize control loops ensuring deterministic timing, efficiency, and stability
- Perform signal acquisition and conditioning (current, voltage, position sensors such as encoders and Hall sensors)
- Debug and validate firmware using laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, motor test benches)
- Support hardware-software integration activities
