What will be your mission?

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join the Creative Hub at Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.

This role will be key in supporting the development and execution of our social media and content strategy across a diverse portfolio of brands, including NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, Tivoli, Avani, Anantara,



iStay Hotels by NH and other growing brands within the group.
We are looking for someone who understands that social media is no longer just a publishing channel. It is a space where brands build relevance, connect with audiences, generate influence, drive consideration and create content that can support the wider business. The idóneo candidate will combine creative judgement, strategic thinking and strong operational skills. Someone who can review a Reel, challenge a visual, improve a copy, coordinate a campaign, analyse performance and understand what makes a brand feel culturally relevant.
This person will act as a key partner to the Director of Creative Content, helping connect strategy, creativity, content, influencers and performance across the social media ecosystem.
