The ideal candidate is open-minded, curious about living abroad, and motivated to learn.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Japanese (C1/C2)
- Conversational English (B2 level)
- Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems
- Positive mindset, flexibility, and good communication skills
- EU citizenship or valid work/residency permit for Greece
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, support) is an advantage but not required
