It is with that in mind that Beyond is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our growing team. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a cohesive team of talented engineers building the next evolution of our products. You are a technical engineering leader: you stay close to the code, strengthen CI/CD and operational practices, use AI tooling as a force multiplier, contribute to architectural decisions, run thoughtful code reviews, and step in when the team needs another set of hands. You also coach and mentor engineers at every level,



helping them grow into stronger technologists who connect technical choices to customer and business outcomes. By organizing the team well, raising the technical bar, and driving empowerment with accountability.
