We are currently seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. In this role you work closely with our customers and our experienced support teams to implement large-scale projects involving the deployment of the SAP SuccessFactors application. Your role as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will involve understanding and analyzing HR business processes of our clients in order to configure the necessary SuccessFactors modules.



Drawing on your past implementation experience, your creativity and passion for ensuring that your customer’s needs are met will keep you challenged and motivated while leading the implementation process.

Your duties will involve:
- Identifying, analyzing and understanding clients’ needs
- Formalizing these needs and looking for solutions
- Configuring the SuccessFactors software and its different modules
- Using BizXpress and BizXpert (SuccessFactors) methodology to manage the complete project life cycle
- Carrying out functional tests
- Documenting the implemented solution
- Training users and providing the necessary support
- Assisting the team or project manager in organizing delivery and supervising less experienced resources

As a consultant, you will also:
- Establish positive relationships with your clients and colleagues while demonstrating interpersonal skills and good judgm
