To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a: Scrum Master
Your tasks:
- Applying agile methodology to plan, manage and deliver solutions
- Training and coaching of teams in applying agile values, principles, and practices
- Applying suitable frameworks(e.g. Kanban, Scrum) and facilitate retrospectives, dailies and reviews to support agile working
- Using interpersonal skills to manage team and remove impediments
- Monitoring of progress as well as tracking of project deliverables
- Responsibility for driving demonstratable development outcomes (e.g. demo, product delivery at the end of sprint)
Your profile:
- University degree in engineering, business, project management or related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the areas described
- Problem-solving skills for facilitating meetings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability for empowering teams and to drive continuous improvement
- Very good communication skills in English
