The Digital Innovation and Operational Services Chapter is a general team in R&D; that focuses on internal improvement: increasing productivity, efficiency, and the ability of the R&D; organization to collaborate across its global organizational interfaces. Our work involves reducing the complexity of our systems, harmonizing processes, tools, and business practices, and building connections across geographical and organizational silos.

The Role

We are seeking an R&D; Enterprise Tools Operations Specialist II to join our global internal service and support team. In this mid-level role,



you will apply your conceptual knowledge and significant working experience to perform a range of assignments with limited guidance. You will act as a reliable service provider with a customer-oriented mindset to handle critical system requests within our core business tools, ensuring our scientists and engineers worldwide can focus on developing innovative products for patients.
Rather than just managing system change requests, you will manage the integrity of the business process within our internal tools. By developing a deep understanding of the R&D; organization and unique team needs, you will translate diverse business needs into effective system and data configurations. You will handle complex requests, ensuring that as our internal digital infrastructure evolves, our global R&D; teams remain compliant, organized, and productive.
