- Support procurement change initiatives across process, policy, and technology transformations
- Design, develop, and maintain training materials including presentations, user guides, job aids, and e-learning content for Procurement and wider business functional end users.
- Plan and coordinate training delivery, including scheduling, facilitation, and follow-up support.
- Develop and execute change communications to support awareness, understanding, and adoption
- Engage with procurement, technology, and business stakeholders to understand impacts and training needs
- Support readiness assessments, stakeholder feedback, and adoption tracking
- Monitor training effectiveness and adoption metrics; identify and implement improvements
- Maintain training documentation and knowledge repositories to support ongoing capability building

- Experience in change management, training, or transformation roles within a matrixed organisation.




- Understanding of change management frameworks and adult learning principles
- Ability to translate complex process or system changes into clear, user-focused content
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven stakeholder engagement and collaboration capabilities
- Strong planning, organisation, and time-management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption data and feedback
- Proficiency in standard training and communication tools (e.g. PowerPoint, LMS, collaboration platforms)
- Profiency in English.
