About the Role:

As a Content Moderator, you’ll be responsible for reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it adheres to platform guidelines. Your ability to apply moderation policies consistently, communicate effectively, and address concerns will help maintain a safe and engaging online community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess content (text, images, videos, etc.) to ensure it complies with community standards
- Apply moderation policies consistently across all types of user-submitted content
- Handle user appeals professionally, providing clear explanations for moderation actions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform guidelines and industry regulations
- Report on trends, emerging risks, and content-related issues to improve moderation processes




- Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and enhance content moderation strategies

Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- Relevant Experience is preferable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
