Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the voice of a leading fashion company, helping customers with their questions, order issues, returns, and more. Youll ensure that each interaction leaves customers delighted and supported.

What Youll Do:
- Engage & Assist: Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions across various channels.
- Deliver Top-Notch Support: Respond quickly and effectively to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Represent the Brand: Uphold the companys image through each interaction, ensuring professionalism and warmth.

Work Schedule:




- Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Compensation & Perks:
- Annual Salary: 14,200 EUR
- KPI Bonus: Up to 1,060 EUR annually based on performance
- Monthly Breakdown: Approximately 1,271 EUR per month (including up to 88 in KPI bonus)
