About the Role

As a Business Development Representative for the German market, you will play an important role in generating new business and expanding the sales pipeline. You will identify prospects, qualify potential leads, and create opportunities for the sales team. Your focus will be on building positive first impressions and presenting the companys offering in a clear and compelling way.

This is a hybrid position based in Barcelona combining in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Research the German market to identify potential prospects and decision-makers.
- Reach out to leads via calls, emails,



and social channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Present product value propositions and understand customer pain points.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos or meetings for account executives.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and track all activities accurately.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Contribute ideas to improve messaging, prospect targeting, and conversion rates.

Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker with strong English skills.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer contact, or lead generation is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in outreach and prospecting.
