Meet the team
As an SEM Manager, you’ll play a key role in scaling and optimizing our general paid search engine growth. You’ll turn data into strategy, automation into advantage,



and experimentation into meaningful business impact - shaping how millions of learners discover Preply worldwide.

What you’ll be doing:
- Independently manage and optimize SEM campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, including keyword management, bidding, account structure, and creatives.
- Use performance data to form hypotheses and apply optimizations that improve ROI, conversion quality, and overall efficiency.
- Design and run basic A/B tests, defining clear hypotheses, success metrics, and expected outcomes.
- Build and maintain channel-level reports and dashboards (e.g. Looker) to monitor performance and surface optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with Data and Martech teams to ensure accurate tracking and effective use of the MarTech stack.
- Collaborate with Localisation, Creative, and Brand teams to plan creative strategy and ensure successful rollout across campaigns.
