Mission:

Turn scientific ideas into effective, scalable health products. Own the development of solid nutraceuticals from concept to industrial reality.

Functions:
- Lead formulation projects from concept to scale-up.
- Develop and optimise tablets (mono, bi-layer, tri-layer) and capsules.
- Manage and support 4 R&D; technicians. Report to the R&D; Manager.
- Run trials at lab and pilot scale. Make sure what works on paper also works in production.
- Prepare technical documentation in English: formulation reports, process validations, internal records.
- Work closely with QA, Regulatory, Production and Marketing.
- Keep an eye on new technologies, ingredients and processes that can improve how we work.

Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology...
- At least 4 years of experience in formulation or galenic development.
- Solid knowledge of compression, coating and encapsulation processes.
- Comfortable writing technical documents in English.
- Proactive, hands-on, with a clear understanding of industrial reality.
