Now, were ready to expand across Europe and were looking for someone to lead the charge in the Dutch, German, Swiss, or French markets.

What Youll Do
- Design and lead outbound strategies to acquire new B2B clients (startups, scaleups, corporates) across international markets.
- Identify and validate new business opportunities.
- Actively contribute to business strategy.
- Represent Eucalypto at industry events and networking forums.




- Grow into a leadership role as the company scales if thats your ambition.

What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or commercial growth.
- Hands-on knowledge of outbound tactics (cold outreach, LinkedIn automation, CRM tools, etc.).
- Fluent English is required.
- Native Dutch, German or French one of these is a must.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: youre motivated by building, testing, improving not by following rigid playbooks.
- Eagerness to take real ownership and grow alongside the company.
