Experteer Overview

As an Agentic AI u0026amp; ITSM/AIOps Solutions Architect, you will design generative AI-driven solutions for ITSM, AIOps, and operations. You will define agent models, tools, memory and workflows, and shape how AI interacts with data sources and services.

You’ll lead the implementation with hands-on capabilities and collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable automation and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to impact live business processes through agent-based architectures and orchestration at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design generative AI solutions for business and operational processes
- Define agentic architectures (agents, subagents, tools, memory, context, workflows, control points)
- Design AI flows for ITSM/AIOps processes (classification, prioritization, assignment, diagnosis, resolution, scaling, closing, reopening, continuous learning)
- Define RAG patterns across documentation, knowledge bases, tickets, runbooks, logs and traces
- Model prompting, structured generation, evidence retrieval and response evaluation




- Define scoring models (trust, similarity, risk, criticity, automation eligibility, response quality)
- Establish human-in-the-loop, policy gates and autonomy criteria
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, internal systems, cloud platforms, ITSM tools, observability tools, external services, and corporate data sources
- Identify automation candidates from process analysis and historical data
- Develop and terminate services using automatic code generation tools
- Coordinate technical teams in implementing AI solutions based on agents, RAG, workflows and automation
- Drive continuous improvement of agents, prompts, workflows, tools, accelerators and evaluation mechanisms
- Stay updated on advances in generative AI, LLMs, agents, RAG, AIOps, and emerging architectures
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders (customers, technical teams, partners, operations, architecture, PM)
