Customer Service Advisor Role – Travel Support for Danish Customers
- Provide first-class assistance to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat on travel-related queries.
- Support bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Deliver accurate information regarding travel products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve issues or escalate complex cases, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout each interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, product offerings, and industry regulations.

Key Qualifications – Danish-Speaking Travel Customer Support
- Fluent in Danish (C1 or native) and proficient in English (B2 or above) for workplace communication.

- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with various digital systems, CRM platforms, and messaging tools.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy, resilience, and professionalism.

- Eligibility to work in Spain (valid EU passport or visa required).
