Responsibilities

- Assist customers in optimizing their mobile device usage and provide personalized solutions based on their requirements.

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Previous experience in mobile support or technical support is highly desirable.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, especially concerning mobile devices.
