Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the People Advisor plays a key role in supporting the delivery of an efficient and professional people & culture service across the business. The role is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR enquiries, managing HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, and ensuring HR systems and processes are maintained accurately and compliantly.

The People Advisor acts as a first point of contact for routine HR matters, providing guidance on policies and procedures whilst escalating more complex employee relations or legal matters to the People & Culture Manager. The role combines operational HR support with recruitment coordination and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their HR career.

This is a full-time role working 39 hours per week, based at our Alhama de Murcia Campus.

Role Duties

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

· Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities,



including drafting and posting adverts, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.

· Work closely with hiring managers to support workforce planning and recruitment needs.

· Coordinate work experience placements, internships, and talent attraction initiatives.

· Maintain recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Employee Lifecycle Administration

· Manage onboarding and induction processes, including preparing offer letters, contracts, pre-employment checks, and new starter documentation.

· Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including contractual changes, probation reviews, family-friendly leave administration, and offboarding processes.

· Conduct exit interviews and compile feedback and trends for review.

· Prepare employment references and routine HR correspondence.
