? The Team
You will be part of our AI team, working both with internal clients (Lexidy's own legal teams) and on product design to accelerate immigration, corporate, real estate, and tax processes across multiple countries. As a multifaceted team,



we respond to a wide range of technical and business challenges.
? Mission
Rethink how legal work gets done with AI. Not just using the tools, but figuring out what becomes possible when you build around them, working hand in hand with lawyers and operations teams to turn real legal problems into production ready AI applications.

? Tasks and Responsabilities
You will work closely with lawyers, operations teams, and the AI team to:
*Design and build AI powered applications, from early prototype through production.
*Integrate and orchestrate LLMs and agents into real legal workflows (document generation, case triage, knowledge base, etc.).
*Work directly with lawyers and operations teams to understand the legal problem before proposing a technical solution.
*Contribute to an internal culture of continuous experimentation with AI.
