Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager – Iberia to lead our growth across Spain and Portugal. Based in Barcelona,



this role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the dietary supplement and skincare products. The ideal candidate has a strong network and proven success in the CDMO/CMO or ingredient industry, understands market dynamics in Iberia, and can translate customer needs into the best-fit solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand TCI’s business in Spain and Portugal.

• Identify, approach, and develop key accounts with an annual spend potential exceeding €300K.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across retail, private label, multi-level marketing, social-selling and e-commerce sectors.

• Drive new business by understanding the market trends and demands, and introducing TCI’s product concepts and solutions to prospective clients.
