About the Role

As an Enterprise Architect within our Technology Strategy & Transformation practice in EMEA, you will work at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge technology. You will lead engagements with general clients — from defining target architecture states to overseeing complex technology transformations — with Agentic AI at the forefront of our transformation agenda.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, a thought leader in the market, and a key driver of business development within the firm.

What You Will Do:

Enterprise Architecture & Technology Strategy




- Define and lead enterprise architecture strategies across the full technology stack — Agentic AI, cloud, data, digital core, and enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM and beyond)
- Develop target state architectures, technology roadmaps, and business cases that bridge client ambition with practical execution
- Conduct architecture health checks, assessments, and governance for large-scale transformation programmes, including M&A; contexts

Agentic AI Leadership
- Champion the integration of Agentic AI as a core enabler of business transformation — from strategy through to deployment
- Guide clients in designing and implementing autonomous AI-driven processes and architectures, including multi-agent systems, orchestration layers, and AI-native enterprise designs
- Stay at the forefront of the Agentic AI landscape, bringing proven, real-world experience with AI solutions applied to complex business situations
