Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide comprehensive product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
- Work closely with various teams to enhance customer service processes based on customer feedback.
- Stay informed about our product offerings and policies to deliver precise and helpful information.
- Engage in team meetings and share insights for continual improvement of the customer experience.
- Support the training of new team members by sharing your expertise and customer service knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a dedicated customer-oriented mindset.
- Capable of engaging with a diverse clientele while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer support applications.
