Neuraxpharm is seeking a Corporate Head of Supply Chain to strengthen our Corporate Technology team. Given the highly specialized nature of the role, based in Europe

Your mission:

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize the end‑to‑end general supply chain, ensuring seamless and efficient operations from procurement to distribution.
You will play a key role in driving strategic and operational excellence, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring supply continuity, cost

optimization, regulatory compliance, and superior customer service in a dynamic and fast‑growing environment.

Your Major accountabilities:
- Lead and implement global supply chain strategies, standards,



and processes in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Act as the main interface between Commercial Operations and Technical Operations, ensuring alignment through the S&OP; process.
- Oversee end‑to‑end supply chain activities: procurement, forecasting, inventory management, distribution, CMOs, supplier management, and logistics.
- Drive digital transformation and best‑practice implementation to enhance supply chain efficiency, visibility, and agility.
- Ensure standardized procedures across forecasting, logistics coordination, master data management, and artwork management.
- Define, monitor, and analyze global KPIs, leading continuous improvement and cost‑optimization initiatives.
- Build and develop a high‑performing global supply chain team, driving capability development and organizational excellence.
