Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring a secure and welcoming experience for millions of users. Youll review and filter user-generated content to identify and remove anything that violates the platforms policiesranging from graphic, harmful, or sensitive material. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, emotional resilience, and a passion for making the internet a safer place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user content across the platform, flagging and removing inappropriate material including but not limited to violence, abuse, or harmful behavior.
- Work closely with general teams to enforce content guidelines and respond swiftly to new challenges and trends.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and help create a positive online environment.
- Actively contribute to discussions on improving content policies and procedures.
What Were Looking For:
- Language Skills: Native Dutch speaker with professional fluency in English.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic IT tools and systems, with a knack for learning new software.
- Emotional Resilience: Capable of handling sensitive or disturbing content without losing objectivity.

Schedule Options:
- Full-Time 38,5h/week contract: Monday to Sunday with rotative day offs.
- Part-Time (16 hours/week): Weekend shifts only (Saturday and Sunday). Training will be conducted on a full-time basis.
