The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent service levels, efficient order processing and effective coordination between customers and internal teams. Provide product, service and basic technical information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Perform administrative tasks and maintain documentation to support daily business operations. Support inventory and logistics-related activities to ensure service continuity and product availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, operations and logistics to ensure an excellent customer experience.



Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards and company policies.
