ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are looking for a Project Quality Engineer to join our Quality team in a confidential international industrial company. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful development of new products and manufacturing processes, guaranteeing compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, project timelines, and cost objectives.
Coordinate and monitor quality activities throughout the project lifecycle following APQP methodology.
Review customer requirements and support project feasibility assessments.
Define, implement, and validate Control Plans.
Participate in supplier launch activities and initial production approvals for key projects.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and validation activities during product development.




Validate production equipment and manufacturing processes.
Support customer audits and visits, ensuring quality expectations are met.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and automotive quality tools.
High level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP and Minitab is a plus.
