About the Role

As an Onboarding Account Manager for the German market, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding journey. You will guide clients through setup, provide training, and ensure they fully understand how to leverage the platform to achieve their goals. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new German-speaking clients
- Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and account setup
- Understand client goals and tailor solutions to meet their needs
- Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges during onboarding




- Provide guidance on product features, updates, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams
- Monitor onboarding metrics and ensure clients transition successfully to ongoing account management

Requirements
- Native or fluent German, with strong English skills
- Previous experience in account management, onboarding, or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and training sessions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
