The Role

As part of our clients Dutch-speaking Customer Support team, youll be the first point of contact for customers who already trust and value the brand. Your mission is simple: listen, help, and make every interaction feel effortless.

Youll handle questions about products, orders, and deliveries with patience and clarity, always focusing on finding the best solution. No scripts, no pressure, just genuine support that makes a real difference.

What Youll Do

Who You Are
