you'll work alongside business leaders and managers to translate business priorities into effective people solutions. You'll play a key role in helping managers build engaged teams, develop talent and create outstanding employee experience while supporting the continued growth of our Iberian business. Every day will bring new challenges, new conversations and opportunities to influence how we work.

What You'll Do
Partner with the Business
- Build trusted relationships with managers and business leaders across Iberia.
- Provide practical HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Understand business priorities and translate them into people’s initiatives that support performance and growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping managers navigate day-to-day people’s challenges.

Talent & Organisation
- Support organisational design and workforce planning initiatives.
- Contribute to talent reviews and succession planning discussions.
