What will you do?
• Supervisar todas las unidades de prestan servicios de comidas (restaurantes, cafetería y room-service, banquetes, bodega y cocina).
• Coordinar el trabajo de los jefes de departamento ante las previsiones de ocupación.
• Confeccionar menús y cartas con jefes de departamento.
• Hacer estudios de la competencia.
• Verificar los análisis de platos, recetas, análisis de carnes o pescados, etc.
• Realizar visitas periódicas a mercados, exposiciones, etc.
• Supervisar la calidad del servicio que se ofrece, así como de los platos.
