Role Overview:

As a Solution Specialist , you’ll identify growth opportunities through up-sell and cross-sell strategies, deliver tailored technical insights, and drive cloud adoption with creative solutions. You’ll validate requirements, present solutions virtually, support the sales team as a key technical resource, and provide impactful training sessions—all while staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer growth by identifying and leveraging up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored technical product insights and overviews
- Propose creative strategies to enhance cloud adoption and boost technical expertise




- Review and validate implementation needs and pricing structures
- Present technical and business solutions to stakeholders through virtual platforms
- Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team when engaging with prospective clients
- Provide training sessions, both individually and in groups, on specialized topics
- Stay informed about the latest developments in cloud technologies and competitive pricing trends

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Swedish
(C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or Spanish residency card
- BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience
- 3–6+ years of experience in technology sales or business development
- Challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities
- Ability to quickly gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s needs to drive results and identify
- Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales skills
