Product Manager – Extremities
We are seeking a Field Product Manager for the Upper Extremities segments to join our Spanish commercial subsidiary, supporting the strategic expansion, clinical adoption, and commercial growth of our knee and hip reconstruction portfolio in Spain.
Role Objective
The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing the global Upper Extremities product strategy in the Spanish market, tailoring initiatives to local needs while strengthening product positioning and surgeon engagement.
The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, and global product teams.
The candidate will receive comprehensive training to develop strong expertise in:
- The Spanish orthopedic market and its key stakeholders
- Hospital tendering and procurement dynamics
- Regulatory and ethical frameworks
- Anatomy and pathology related to shoulder and elbow
- Our Upper Extremities product portfolio and associated surgical techniques
Main Responsibilities
Strategic & Marketing Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in defining local strategies, priorities, and resource allocation for the Upper Extremities segments.
- Execute the global product strategy at country level, ensuring alignment with HQ and adapting initiatives to Spain’s competitive landscape.
