Requirements
We're currently searching for a Field Service Technician based in Getafe (Madrid), with main functions including:
Customer Service:
- Ensuring the efficient performance of services delivered to our customers worldwide.
- Providing the field activities when requested: supervision of installation, testing,



commissioning and training's.
- Execute the emergency site interventions.
- Making repairs at site or at Sécheron’s facilities.
- Execute the audits and maintenance jobs.
- Elaboration of technical reports.

Support to Sales and Contract execution:
- Support to Sales Engineer on substation surveys and permissions to site access
- Make repairing quotations.
- Being attentive to identify new business opportunities: sale of spare-parts, repairs, on-site services, modernization's, retrofits, training's and maintenance contracts.

Logistics and stock:
- Support on the management of stock of spare parts and tools.
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.

Requirements
- Technician/ Associate degree in electrical or electromechanical (ciclo formative grado superior).
- Electrical hazards and safety training; Maintenance; Protections and control of electrical equipment.
