The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex transformation initiatives across our client portfolio. The adecuado candidate will have proven experience working with PMOs and consulting-led Transformation Offices, and will be comfortable engaging with executive committees and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program and organizational change management for strategic transformation initiatives across multiple client engagements.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, client PMOs, and consulting transformation offices.
- Facilitate governance structures, steering committees,



and executive reporting to ensure program alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, risk registers, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in program delivery, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and strategic planning.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in consulting or large-scale transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SAFe), and tools.
- Demonstrated experience working with or within consulting firms’ transformation offices.
