Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to support manufacturing and assembly operations. This role is responsible for executing production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The adecuado candidate will have hands-on technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, integration, and basic testing of mechanical and/or electronic components.
• Follow work instructions, engineering drawings,



and production documentation accurately.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as required.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and report non-conformances or process deviations.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with workplace standards.

Qualifications

Education:

Relevant studies or technical training in manufacturing, electronics, mechanics, or a related field.

Experience:

A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
